Red Belt Hand & Feet Combinations

The following 12 techniques are introduced to Red Belt students and illustrate the value of combinations, breathing, shifting stances, and endurance. These are great exercises that reinforce sound self-defense maneuvers. Typically in class, the Korean terminology is used, so it is important that the practitioners learn the language.

Each technique should be practiced and demonstrated with precision, power, balance, and concentration.  While each move should flow gracefully into the next, care should be taken not to become sloppy, i.e. fast and careless rarely wins in a fight.
