Pyung Ahn O Dan Ill Soo Sik

Pyung Ahn one step sparing techniques begin from the Chun Be position, with the opponent in the Front Stance/Low Block position. The person who begins by stepping back into a low block is the attacker (offense), while the other person is the defender (defense).

Begin as follows:
Offense:Step backward with the right foot and execute a left hand low block. Ki yup.
Defense:From chun be position, Ki yup.

Black Belt Pyung One Step Number 8. (Pyung O Dan)

Offense:Step forward with the right leg and execute a groin-high front snap kick.
Defense:Step back with the right leg into a front stance bringing both hands to the right hip. Execute a low two-fist block to intercept the incoming kick.
Offense:Without stepping, execute an overhead strike.
Defense:Pull the hands back to the right hip and immediately execute a high cross block to catch the incoming overhead strike. With the left hand grab the attacker’s overhead strike. With the right fist, punch the attacker’s face.
Offense:As the punch comes forward, step back into a fighting stance with the right foot (left leg-leading stance) and execute an outside/inside push out block with the left hand. Immediately turn 1800 right and kneel down on your left knee. Execute a kneeling back kick to the opponent’s midsection.
Defense:Block the incoming back kick with a downward cross block. Holding the kick, skip slightly to the right and perform a right leg round kick to the opponent’s groin.
